1. Eligibility

By making a purchase or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Frenzy provides digital cosmetic backgrounds, visual themes, and access to referral rewards. Frenzy does not offer gameplay boosts, stat enhancements, competitive advantages, or in‑game performance perks.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are one‑time payments.
• There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Digital goods are licensed for personal use and are non‑transferable.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal; Frenzy does not store card details.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because Frenzy provides instant‑delivery digital goods, refunds are not offered. If you experience an issue, contact support and we will assist you.

5. Digital Goods License

When you purchase an upgrade, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the associated digital backgrounds and cosmetic features. Frenzy may update or modify digital content as part of ongoing platform improvements.

6. Refer & Earn

Refer & Earn is available only to Level 2 users. Earnings depend entirely on user participation and are not guaranteed. Frenzy is not responsible for referral activity or lack thereof. Full details are available on the Affiliate Info page.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to hack, reverse‑engineer, or exploit the Service.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the platform.
• Misrepresenting referral information or engaging in fraudulent referrals.
• Interfering with the Service or other users’ experience.

8. Termination

Frenzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Frenzy does not guarantee earnings, referral activity, or specific digital content availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frenzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pasco County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

Frenzy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
